Media Links Hires David Herfert as New Director of Sales for North America.
Milford, CT - January 8, 2007 - Media Links, Inc. today announced the appointment of David Herfert as Director of Sales for North America. In his new role Dave will be responsible for managing all direct and indirect sales channels in the U.S. and Canada for Media Links’ market-leading video transport and processing products.
Mr. Herfert comes to Media Links from Video Products Group where he led the North American sales team in successfully increasing its company market share at leading service providers including Verizon and AT&T. Prior to that, he held numerous management positions with Artel Video Systems, White Rock Networks, Cisco Systems, and XO Communications. Dave has a wide range of experience in selling products to the many different facets of the video industry, including broadcasters, CATV and satellite providers, telephone companies, and long-haul network operators.
