Media Links appoints Luann Linnebur as Director of Business Development
Milford, CT – 9 November 2007-Media Links, a leading provider of high-definition video transport solutions, announced today that it has appointed Luann Linnebur to the position of Director of Business Development, Broadcast Markets.

Linnebur, who joins from Wegener where she concentrated on market development for store-and-forward and IPTV technologies, is tasked with continuing to increase Media Links’ presence in the broadcast market on a global basis.

Linnebur has an extensive track record in the distribution technology space including time spent working with CBS working on the creation of a Ku-band solution for news and event transmission. She then worked with PanAmSat shortly after its launch where she developed broadcast offerings and created a special events team to provide remote transmission facilities for sporting and news events including the Olympic Games™, FIFA World Cup™ and G7 Summits. She has since worked for Tiernan, Sony and Path 1 Network Technologies.

“At Media Links I am very excited to see what can be done with the routing and managing of high bit-rate live content within the studio and around the globe. The possibilities, as broadcasters and telecommunications companies are recognizing, of a common format – Ethernet – with flexible interfaces to legacy equipment is tremendously exciting,” says Linnebur.

“We are very pleased to welcome Luann on board as our business continues to grow. Her knowledge and experience can only be of benefit in what are exciting times for the company,” say Mario Frattaroli, President, Media Links, Inc.
