Earthquake Impact on MGL Operation

Kawasaki, Japan – March 29, 2011 Media Global Links would like to extend our
heartfelt condolences to the people affected by the devastating earthquake and ensuing
tsunami that hit northeast Japan on March 11, 2011.
As of today, there is no damage on our facilities in Kawasaki Headquarters. The
production site of our contract manufacturers in northeast Japan, where our products
are produced, were partly damaged. They have quickly recovered to normal operation
after a short suspension. The Impact on our production capability was minimal.
Shortage of fuel in the area, which caused uncertainties in logistics, is getting better
steadily. We are trying to minimize the possible effect from the planned electric power
outage.
